Overgiet perfectie

The grind is consistent enough that my pour-over flow stays predictable every morning, which makes dialing in a new bag effortless. Even the aroma during the bloom feels richer than what I’ve had from other single-origin lots.

The slow bloom lets me watch the grounds release gas, and the flavor comes through so clean and bright. I’ve been dialing in my technique, and this makes every morning feel deliberate and rewarding.

I've been enjoying the ritual of brewing this pour-over coffee each morning—the grounds bloom beautifully with the first pour. It delivers a clean, smooth cup that makes the extra effort worthwhile. My only slight wish is for a bolder flavor profile to match the rich aroma.
