The dark roast base gives this coffee a familiar, comforting toastiness, but the brown sugar sweetness is what makes it stand out from my usual bag. It's a nice balance that doesn't feel artificial, just smooth and satisfying.

Finally got this as a replacement for my usual morning brew, and the brown sugar sweetness is exactly as described—rich but not cloying. It holds that nice toasty edge all the way through the cup, which is exactly what I wanted from a dark roast.

It’s a solid medium-dark roast, and I do pick up on that brown sugar sweetness they mention, but the toasty flavor is a bit more muted than I expected for a dark roast.
