I was hesitant about the dark chocolate note, but it's really rich and smooth without being bitter. This coffee brews clean and the walnut flavor comes through nicely in the finish.

The walnut and lemon zest combo is surprisingly bright against the dark chocolate base - really wakes up my morning. I love that buying this supports communities transitioning from conflict, makes the rich flavor even better.

The lemon zest note really comes through on the finish, which balances the dark chocolate nicely for an afternoon cup. I do wish the bag had a resealable top, though, since I go through it slower than I thought.
