The jammy cherry and strawberry notes really come through in the cup, and that fudge aftertaste is dangerously good with a splash of cream. One of the best natural process coffees I've tried from Nicaragua.

I've been brewing this as a pour-over and the cherry sweetness hits right away, then fades into a really smooth cocoa note. It's surprisingly clean for a natural process, no weird fermented taste at all.

That fudge finish really lingers in the best way — it makes the last sip almost as good as the first. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and the strawberry notes come through beautifully without being too sweet.
