I was skeptical about natural-processed coffees, but this one won me over. Those dark fruit notes of blackberry and plum really shine through without being overwhelming. It’s a smooth, rich cup that I’ll be ordering again.

The blackberry and raisin notes are really bold and come through clearly in the cup. I find it a bit heavy for a morning brew, but it makes a fantastic afternoon treat.

I usually prefer washed coffees but decided to try this natural process from Quiché and the blackberry and raisin notes are unmistakable, almost jammy. Only gripe is the bag didn't have a roast date, so I'm guessing at freshness. Still, a solid cup for the price.
